Privacy Policy

UntouchAi is a Chrome extension that lets you control YouTube with hand gestures. This policy explains the limited information involved when you use the extension or purchase Premium.

Camera data

Hand detection runs locally in your browser. UntouchAi does not record, upload, store or sell your camera video.

Account and payment information

When you create an account or sign in, Firebase Authentication handles Google sign-in or your email and password. We store your account name, email, verification status and Premium plan to let you restore your purchase on other computers. Your password is sent directly to Firebase over an encrypted connection and is never stored in our user database. Authentication tokens are kept locally in the extension. Google sign-in uses a short-lived, single-use code to securely return to the extension. When you tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox and complete sign-in, we record your account ID, email, Terms version, acceptance time and acceptance source in our backend. These records are used to document your agreement; we do not treat an old purchase or an existing account as automatic acceptance. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI or bank credentials.

To activate and support a purchase, we store the payment status, amount, currency, payment method label, payment reference and payer email returned by Razorpay. This is used only to activate Premium, resolve payment issues and prevent payment abuse.

How we use information

We use purchase and support information only to activate Premium, prevent payment abuse, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only the information needed for payment processing with Razorpay and use Firebase to securely store account and purchase-entitlement records. Firebase sends account verification and password reset emails. Older extension versions use EmailJS to send purchase verification codes.
