UntouchAi Pro is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. There is nothing to cancel after purchase.

Refund eligibility

If Premium cannot be activated or does not work as described after reasonable troubleshooting, request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment. Include the Razorpay payment ID and the email used during checkout.

How to request a refund

Email supportuntouchai@gmail.com with the subject “UntouchAi refund request”. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method in accordance with Razorpay and bank processing times.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined when the Premium entitlement has been used normally and the extension works as described, or where a payment has already been refunded or disputed through the payment provider.
